Owen Costanza has been a licensed insurance agent since 1995. He began as a personal lines sales executive at Liberty Mutual. He then moved to Arthur J. Gallagher as an Account Executive for the Private Client group, delivering personal service to high net worth clientele. He purchased his first insurance agency in 2012 and since then has acquired 2 more agencies and expanded his business reach to 10 additional states.
Flanders Insurance has been in business since 1927 and has deep roots in the local community. Owen is active in many local organizations, including sitting on local non-profit boards, Chamber of Commerce boards and supports many local youth organizations.
Owen moved to Poplar Grove in 1994 from Chicago, where he was born and raised. He lives in Poplar Grove with his fiancée and 2 stepsons.
Owen enjoys boating, all things Star Trek and spending time with family and friends.
Carrie Petersen graduated from Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, IL and Western Illinois University. She worked in the hotel industry until she left to raise 3 children. She joined Flanders Insurance as a bookkeeper and is now the Office Manager.
Carrie has been a licensed insurance agent since 2013 and currently handles personal lines clients. Carrie enjoys hiking with her family, boating, and going to Six Flags during the warmer months.
Grant Tessema graduated from Rockford Christian School in Rockford Il. He has been a licensed insurance agent at Flanders Insurance for 3 years. Grant works with commercial and personal lines clients.
Grant enjoys watching and playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.
Ginger graduated from Iowa State University and has been a licensed insurance agent with Flanders for 1 year. Her focus is on new client development.
Ginger previously owned a successful retail business in Belvidere IL for 11 years. She enjoys live music, international travel, and sunshine.
